Sea Food Fry (or) Dishes  :

The main ingredients are in the give below : 

Ingredients :

.Fish pieces-4  to 6 slices

.Red chilli powder-2  teaspoons

.Tumeric powder-1/4 teaspoons 

.Coriander powder-1 teaspoon

.Black pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon 

 .Ginger-garlic paste-1 tablespoon

.Lemon Juice-1 tablespoon

.Rice flour -1 tablespoon
.Salt
.A few curry leaves
.Water
.Coconut Oil or vegetable oil

For Garnish:

.Lemon wedges
.Onion rings
.Fresh coriander or curry leaves
  

Making Process:

1.Clean the fish:
    Wash the fish slices well and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.Make 2-3 small cuts on each side of        the fish for better flavor absorption.
2.Preapre the marinade:
  In a bowl ,mix red chilli powder,tumeric coriander,pepper,ginger-garlic paste,lemon juice,rice flourand    salt.Add just a few drops of water to form a thick paste.
3.Marinate the fish:
   Rub the spice paste evenly on both sides of the fish,making sure the masala fills the cuts.Let it rest for     at least 30 minutes.
4.Heat the oil:
   Pour 3-4 tablesspoons of oil into a flat tawa  or frying pan.Heat it on medium flame.
5.Fry the fish:
   Gently place the marinated fish on the pan.Fry on one side for abpout 4-5 minutes,then flip          carefully.Cook the other side until golden brown and crisp.
6.Serve:
   Remove the fish onto a banana leaf or plate lined with tissue.Garnish with lemon wedges,onion rings,and curry leaves.

Making of the Fish fry(South indian):

It is a popular second delicacy enjoyed in many costal regions like Tamil Nadu,Kerala,and Ap.This dish combines the natural flavors of fresh fish with bold spices,resulting in a mouthwatering crispy fry that's perfect as a side dish or appetizer.
  The preparation begins with selecting a fresh,firm such as seer fish,pomfret,or kingfish.The fish is cleaned thoroughly and small cuts are made on both sides to help the spices penetrate deeply.A flavorful marinade is prepared using red chill powder,tumeric powder,corainder powder,pepper powder,ginger -garlic paste,lemon juice,and salt.Some cooks also add rice flour to the marinade for extra crispiness.
  This thick masala paste is rubbed all  over the fish,ensuring it coats evenly,and it's left to marinate for about 30 minutes to soak up all the flavors.Once ready the fish is shallowfried on a pan with hot coconut oil.Coconut oil gives the dish its authentic South Indian aroma an enhances the flavor.Each side is fried until it becomes golden brown and crispy while keeping the inside moist and soft.
   The fried fish is traditionally served on a banana leaf with onions ,lemon wedges,and sometimes papad.The tangy lemon balances the spiciness,while the onion adds freshness to every bite.
     With its vibrant red  color,smoky aroma ,and perfectly crisp texture,South Indian Fish Fry represents the essence of coastal Indian cuisine -flavorful,spicy,and deeply satisfying.
