Ingredients

.1/2 cup of melted butter

Step-by -Step Preparation

Step1:Prepare the Chocolate Base

1.Start by preheating your oven to 180 degree C .Grease a small baking pan it with parchment paper.

2.In a large mixing bowl,add melted butter,sugar,and vanilla extract.Mix until smooth.

3.Crack in the eggs one at a time and whisk them in until the mixture becomes light and creamy.

4.Now add the cocoa powder ,flour,and salt.Mix slowly until you get a smooth and thick batter.

5.Pour this batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.

6.Bake for 20-25 minutes until the surface is set but still soft inside.

7.Remove from the oven and let it cool  completely before cutting it into small round or square pieces.
 
  The base should be moist and slightly fudgy,similar to a browine.If you prefare a lighter texture,you can add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder to make it more cake-like.

Step2:Make the Whipped Cream

1.Take a chilled mixing bowl and pour in the heavy cream.

2.Using a electric beater start whipping the cream on medium speed.

3.When it begins to thicken,add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.

4.Continue whipping until soft peaks from .The cream should be fluffy but not runny.

5.Store it in the refrigerator until you are ready to assemble the dessert.
