Ingredients:
For Chicken 500g or 1kg sufficent for you,1 spoon Ginger-Garlic paste,1 spoon red chilli powder , half spoon black pepper for sufficent,Salt for the taste,Egg,1/2 cup maida,1 spoon lemon juice,1/4 cup corn flour ,oil,chopped Garlic, vineger,soy sauce, honey,red chili flakes.
How to prepare Chicken these steps:
Step1:Marinate Chicken
*.In a bowl ,mix chicken with ginger-garlic paste,chilli powder,pepper,salt,lemon juice,egg ,maida,and corn flour.
*. Add a little water to make thick coating.
*.Rest for 30 minutes.
Step2:Fry the Chicken
1)Heat the pan and oil also.
2)Drop the chicken pieces one by one in the pan .
3)Fry until Golden and Crispy ,remove and keep aside.
Step3:Prepare Sauce
1)Heat 1 spoon oil in a spoon,sauce garlic until golden.
2)Add ketchup,soysauce,vinger,honey,and chili flakes.
3) Mix well until it becomes thick.
Step4:Mix andServe a plate
1)Add the fried chicken to the sauce and toss well.
2)Serve hot with oninons on top in the plate.
